Whitby to Edinburgh
At the end of April we leave Whitby and sail the North East coast of England and Scotland visiting places such as Blythe, Amble, Farne Isles and then into Edinburgh.These cruises are suitable for anyone with some sailing experience, and are ideal for the more experienced sailor looking to take their RYA Coastal Skipper Completion Course.


Edinburgh to Whitby

 

In mid May we make the return sail to Whitby.


Hull To Amsterdam
We leave Hull on the 1st June for Amsterdam.This cruise takes in the challenging waters of the Wash followed by a North Sea crossing. This cruise will include two full nights at sea and two 100 mile plus passages. Ideal for the more experienced sailors, looking to build up their milage or doing the RYA Coastal Skipper Completion Course.


 

Amsterdam to Honfleur

At the end of June we sail the interesting coasts of Holland Belgium and France calling at historical ports along the way, including Brugge, Dunkirk, ending up in the pretty port of Honfleur. This is a leisurely cruise which is suited to those wanting to do their RYA Day Skipper practicals.

 

 

 

 

 

The summer months will be spent cruising the beautiful waters around the Channel Islands, North France, Isles of Scilly and the West Coast of England

 


THE CHANNEL ISLANDS AND NORTH BRITTANY CRUISES

 

 

During July and August, Yorvik Star will be cruising the North Brittany Coast and the Channel Islands.

The Channel Islands are a unique and delightful cruising ground of clear, warm waters, stunning beaches, sunshine and scenery. They offer excellent cuisine, duty free shopping, modern marinas sheltered and secluded bays. Which make our Channel Island cruising a sailing holiday to remember.

 

The North Brittany coast can offer some

challenging sailing.We may visit places like

St. Malo, a fantastic walled city and sample some of the local french cuisine along the way. All of our Cruises are ideal for those who are learning to sail, or sailors who want to extend their cruising experience. The emphasis is on having fun on a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

If you would like to complete your RYA Competent Crew Day Skipper, then this is a perfect location to learn.

Some times we forget how beautiful England is, so why not join us and explore this fantastic cruising ground taking in places such as Falmouth, Salcombe, Dartmouth, to name but a few. Enjoying the tranquil rivers of the Fowey, Dart and Exe.
